It can provide the basis for joint investments in the countries of the region.Recolorcell is the most reliable treatment method for the skin disease Pisci or Vitiligo, in this case, the responsible cells for creating the skin color (melanocytes) are destroyed and no longer produce skin pigment (melanin); and it can occur anywhere in the body and one or two people out of every hundred people get this disease.
