Royan Institute ranked fifth in the world in varicocele research
According to the public relations and international affairs report of Royan Institute, and the study published in The World Journal of Men's Health, Royan Institute is ranked 5th and Dr. Marziyeh Tavalaee, a faculty member of Royan Biotechnology Research Institute, is ranked 10th in the world.This study was published by some old-hand researchers in the field of fertility and infertility treatment, in the form of a research paper under the supervision of the South Korean Society of Sexual Medicine and Andrology in October 2022. It provides a comprehensive analysis of research trends in the field of etiology, mechanisms, potential risk factors, diagnosis, prognosis, surgical and non-surgical treatment of varicocele, and clinical outcomes before and after varicocele repair, and caused Royan Institute to be among the top ten institutions publishing original research studies on varicocele after Egypt, Italy and America.
Also, in this research study, the top ten authors with the most publications in subjects related to human studies on varicocele disease have been introduced, and the faculty member of Royan Institute has been assigned the 10th global rank.
The authors of this article emphasize that they have analyzed the publication trends in research related to varicocele during the last three decades. The title of this scientific article is "Comprehensive Analysis of Global Research on Human Varicocele: A Scientometric Approach".
