Meeting of the New Secretary of the Council for Development of Regenerative Medicine Technologies and Stem Cells with the Executive Board of Royan Institute
According to the public relations report of Royan Institute, Dr Ehsan Arefian met with the executive board of Royan Institute on June 26, 2023.In addition to Dr Abdolhossein Shahvardi, the president of the Royan Institute, the deputy of Education, the deputy of Research and Technology, the deputy of Treatment and Specialized Services, the head of the Regenerative Medicine Research department, the head of the Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product Technology Development Center, and the head of the stem cell research institute were present in this intimate meeting.
This meeting aimed to develop joint activities and programs and the way of educational, research and therapeutic cooperation and the challenges ahead, between the Council for Development of Regenerative Medicine Technologies and Stem Cells with the executive board of Royan Institute.
In the continuation of this meeting, the secretary of the Council for Development of Regenerative Medicine Technologies and Stem Cells discussed the current situation, problems, and requirements, as well as changing the attitude toward the development of this science in the future.
Dr Arefian stated that Royan Institute is undoubtedly one of the main fields of Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine in the country and the region, and expressed his satisfaction with the announcement of friendly cooperation between Royan Institute and the Council for Development of Regenerative Medicine Technologies and Stem Cell.
