Awarding Alborz Foundation National Prize to Professor of Royan Institute
Dr. Mohammad Hossein Nasr Esfahani, Professor at Royan Institute, won the award of the Foundation for Alborz Cultural.According to the public relations and international affairs report of Royan Institute, on the 61st anniversary of the establishment of the Alborz Cultural Foundation, which was held on May 5th,2023; at IRIB Int'l. Conference Center; Dr. Mohammad Hossein Nasr Esfahani, a professor and member of the scientific faculty of Royan Research Institute, was selected as one of the 6 scientists, who succeeded in receiving the Alborz Foundation National Award.
This ceremony aims to help spread the country's culture and also honor the scientific position of the best and most talented Iranian scientists and researchers, which was held with the presence of the Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, the Representative of the Supreme Leader and the head of the Endowments Organization and a group of intellectuals and lasting scientific and cultural figures.
The "Alborz Prize" is known as the Iranian Nobel; and it has been established and dedicated to the memory of Hossein Ali Alborz with a history of sixty years, which was realized in the form of a national conference with the presence of scientific officials and country officials.
In this ceremony, 6 scientists won the Alborz Award 2023 in the scientist’s appreciation section, that Professor Mohammad Hossein Nasr Esfahani, a member of the academic staff and head of the Biotechnology Institute of Royan Institute, received the statue of the 61st edition of this national award, and he was among the scientific, cultural and research elites of the country.
Regarding some of the honors of Mohammad Hossein Nasr Esfahani in recent years, we can mention the writing of more than 450 scientific-research articles published in prestigious international journals, the official registration of inventions, the registration and implementation of approved research projects, author and translation of national and international scientific-research books, responsible for the first simulated sheep project in the Middle East, winner of Royan International Festival, scientific secretary of Royan International Journal of Fertility and Infertility, member of the editorial board of national and international scientific journals.
