Royan Institute and Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU)
Royan Institute and Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) have signed a memorandum of understanding for joint research and educational cooperation.
According to the public relations and international affairs of Royan Institute, the signing meeting was held online, and after discussions between both parties, the agreement was signed.
Under this memorandum, the parties will cooperate in research and education to synergy and utilize existing capacities to achieve scientific goals. Furthermore, it was agreed that the collaboration would begin according to the regulations and guidelines of both sides after the signing.
In the joint meeting, Dr. Abdolhossein Shahverdi, President of Royan Research Institute, outlined future goals and visions, emphasizing the expansion of bilateral international cooperation.
He expressed his satisfaction with the agreement with EMU. The President of EMU also recognized Royan Institute as a powerful scientific center in the region, particularly in scientific and research activities, and expressed hope that joint cooperation with Royan would begin soon.
Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), in terms of ranking, is the largest and most important university in Northern Cyprus, located in Famagusta, with nearly 17,500 international students from 110 countries. The university’s motto is "Towards Globalization."
