Royan Institute and Iraq’s Ministry of Health
Royan Institute and Iraq’s Ministry of Health held a scientific meeting in Baghdad.
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of Royan Institute, a delegation of officials and faculty members from Royan Institute of the Academic Center for Education, Culture, and Research (ACECR) visited Baghdad last week at the invitation of Iraq’s Ministry of Health.
The meeting focused on collaboration in planning and establishing Iraq's National Center for Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine, which was successfully conducted. These discussions coincided with the participation and presentations by Royan’s faculty members at the "Second Iraq Cancer Conference."
The meeting took place on Sunday morning, November 3rd, at the Ministry of Health in Iraq, attended by the Minister of Health, deputies, managers of the ministry, and relevant scientific experts. It was decided that soon, a bilateral memorandum of understanding would be signed, followed by the formalization of a mutual contract.
