Royan Abu-Ali Sina Charity Foundation Was Established in Collaboration with Royan Institute
The opening ceremony of the Royan Abu-Ali Sina Charity Institute took place in Shiraz, with the presence of officials from ACECR and the Royan Institute. Dr. Hassan Moslemi Naeini, President of ACECR, emphasized the institution's efforts in various scientific fields and its role in reducing foreign currency outflow for infertility treatments during the 1980s. Dr. Abdolhossein Shahverdi, President of Royan Institute, expressed ACECR's readiness to share its expertise with other educational and research centers.Prof. Hossein Baharvand, President of the Royan Abu-Ali Sina Charity Institute, announced the establishment of the third-generation Abu-Ali Sina University in Shiraz, focusing on education, research, and entrepreneurship. This institute, founded in collaboration with the Royan Institute and the Abu-Ali Sina Organ Transplant Center, aims to address infertility issues and medical diagnostics. Prof. Baharvand called for public support in establishing a national Parkinson's center within this institute, which will utilize scientific methods and stem cells to prevent and treat Parkinson's disease.
