Fourth National Seminar on Alternative Technologies to Laboratory Animals
Royan Institute, in collaboration with the Faculty of Basic Sciences and Advanced Technologies in Medical Sciences, is organizing the Fourth National Seminar on Alternative Technologies to Laboratory Animals on June 19-20, 2024.
Dr. Seyed Abolhassan Shahzade Fazeli, the scientific secretary of this seminar, stated that the use of animals in scientific endeavors must adhere to the ethical principles of the 3Rs (Replacement, Reduction, and Refinement). This seminar will focus on two main bases: Artificial Intelligence and Cellular Modeling, and will include sessions on various related topics. The seminar is intended for professionals in medical sciences, biological sciences, basic sciences, veterinary medicine, researchers, and educators who use laboratory animals. The seminar also offers CME points for members of the Medical and Veterinary Systems.
